The Space Between
⏸️ The power of the pause...
There are moments in life that feel like pause points.
Not endings.
Not beginnings.
Just stillness.
» A breath suspended between the inhale and the exhale.
» A heart waiting for the next beat.
And it’s here—in the space between—where sacredness can unfold.
Most of us are taught to move quickly through these moments.
To rush toward resolution, clarity, closure.
To distract ourselves from discomfort.
To label the unknown as failure.
But my friends, what if this moment—this exact stillness—is not the absence of movement… but the preparation for what is needed most?
The caterpillar doesn’t rush the chrysalis because it understands this step is needed to become its truest self.
The seed doesn’t push through the soil before its time because it knows that the stillness is needed to grow stronger.
And your soul… it doesn’t need you to “figure it all out” before it’s ready to rise.
It simply needs you to stay in stillness when called.
To listen.
To trust.
To stop gaslighting your own becoming because the world told you it should look a certain way.
❤️ Heart Tip:
When life feels paused, resist the urge to fill the space. Instead, place one hand on your heart, take three slow breaths, and whisper, “I am safe in the sacred unfolding.” Let stillness become your sanctuary, not your enemy.
If you find yourself in the in-between—the sacred unfolding—know that its beautiful.
If your heart feels still…
If your path feels paused…
Take that breath.
Feel the pulse of love still alive inside you.
And remember:
The tide always returns.
Let the stillness be your sanctuary.
Let the pause be your preparation.
Let the breath be enough.
With you in every sacred beat,
💗 Amber
